Information we collect

When you request service or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, company name, work order reference, project description, photos and documents, preferred contact methods, and scheduling preferences. We use it to review your request, prepare quotes, arrange work, and respond to you.

Our website and hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs to operate the site, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems. Address autocomplete, when available, sends your address search to Google Places. Files you choose to upload are transferred for storage and service review.

Browser storage and referral information

The request page uses first-party local and session storage to remember visitor and session identifiers, landing pages, referral sources, and advertising campaign information. This information accompanies a submitted service request so we can understand how customers find us. You can clear or block this storage through your browser settings.

We use Google Tag Manager to manage website measurement tags. Depending on the tags configured, measurement services may use cookies or similar technologies to understand website activity. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings.

How information is shared

Authorized office staff and service professionals receive the information needed to handle your request and perform the work. Providers supporting hosting, address lookup, photo storage, service management, and communications process information as needed to provide those services. Our service-management systems, including Jobber, may handle customer, quote, appointment, and job records.

We may disclose information when required by law or as needed to protect our customers, business, and services. Information submitted for a service request is used to handle that request; submission does not give permission to publish your personal details or project photos in our public gallery.

Mobile information and SMS consent

Mobile information and SMS opt-in and consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell or transfer SMS consent. Messaging service providers and telecommunications carriers may process phone numbers, message content, delivery information, and opt-out status as needed to operate the messaging service and honor your choices.

SMS is optional. Providing a phone number, submitting a service request, or accepting site terms does not by itself enroll you in recurring automated texts. Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve questions, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Messaging consent and opt-out records may be retained to document and honor your communication choices.

Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to change your preferred contact method. We will review your request in light of service needs and applicable requirements. Reply STOP to opt out of texts, or contact our office for assistance.
