Handy Hippie service texts

When you choose to communicate with The Handy Hippie by text, messages may include responses to your questions, service request updates, quotes, scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, rescheduling, and job updates. Messages may be sent by our staff or, with appropriate consent, by automated service systems.

These terms cover service communications. They do not enroll you in promotional messages.

Your choice

Text messaging is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or booking service. You can contact our office by phone or email instead. Providing a phone number or agreeing to these terms does not by itself enroll you in recurring automated texts; those messages require a separate opt-in.

Message frequency varies with your questions, appointments, and project activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Stop texts or get help

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out, after which service texts to that number will stop unless you choose to opt in again. You can also ask our office to stop texts by phone or email.

Reply HELP for help or contact our office using the email or phone number below. Contact us if you want to resume service texts or need to update your number.

Delivery and privacy

Delivery is subject to your mobile provider and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If a scheduling matter is time-sensitive, call our office to confirm it.
