When a focused repair can restore useful life, we will say so. When deterioration is widespread or the supporting structure is compromised, we will explain why broader work may be the more responsible choice.
New exterior wood will not immediately look identical to material that has weathered for years. We work toward a clean, compatible repair and set expectations about appearance, finish, and how new material will age.
