Most homes don't need a different specialist for every little thing. They need one trusted person who can knock out the whole list. We patch and texture drywall so the repair disappears into the wall, swap fixtures, mount TVs and shelving, re-grout tile, refresh caulk lines, and handle the minor plumbing and electrical that doesn't need a permit. If it's above the foundation, odds are we do it.

Some repairs are a ten-minute job and some hide a bigger problem behind them. We tell you which is which before we start, so there are no surprises on the invoice. If a spot repair will blend in, we'll say so; if it won't, we'll explain why and walk you through the options.

- Do you handle small jobs, or just big projects?
- Both. We'll come change a toilet flapper or tackle a long punch list. There's no job too small. Sending us a few items at once just makes the most of a visit.
- Can you match my existing wall texture and paint?
- Yes. Texture matching is one of the things we're known for, and we'll color-match paint so a patch blends into the surrounding wall.
- Do you do plumbing and electrical?
- We handle the minor work: faucets, toilets, disposals, light fixtures, switches, and ceiling fans. For anything that needs a permit or a licensed specialist, we'll tell you up front.
